What is your return/exchange policy?
Because our items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns.
How do I cancel/modify an order?
You can modify your order until the order acknowledgement is accepted.
Can I place a large order?
Absolutely! We have capabilities from one top to multi-phased projects. If you do not see what you need on the website, email us. We will reach out to you within 24 hours.
What is your warranty?
We cover defects in material and workmanship of the product under normal commercial or residential use. This does not include damage caused by improper installation, moisture damage, misuse, abuse, harsh chemicals, or normal wear and tear. Length of warranty is 3 years from date of delivery to the original purchaser and is non-transferrable.
Can I get samples?
We will gladly mail samples of material to you with a registered project.
Can I get a special design?
Absolutely! Special designs or needs can be sent to our customer service email.
How long will it take to get my order?
The material selected, quantity of tops, and ship method can affect lead times. Once an order is acknowledged, most orders ship in 2-3 days.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with an order number and tracking information once your order ships.
Can I pick my order up?
Absolutely! We are located in Fairfield, Ohio, north of Cincinnati.
How will my order arrive?
Based on shipping, your order will arrive packaged in an individual cardboard box (if shipping FedEx) or skidded and strapped (if shipping LTL).
